Launching a business can be daunting as well as exciting. We provide you with all the training necessary to give you the confidence to achieve success and ongoing support to keep your business moving forward.

The initial training ensures that you have all the foundations to start your successful Male Concept Barber franchise. It covers shop management, marketing, recruitment, running your own business, customer service and accounting systems.

Following the initial training you will also have business development and renewal training as you continue on your Male Concept Barber journey.

SUPPORT NETWORK

Developing our Franchisees businesses is critical to our success and we recognise the importance of discussion and communication with our network. We hold regular meetings throughout the year, and as our network grows, will hold an annual conference to ensure that we have the information required to develop the business together. 

You will be supported by the directors of Male Concept Barbers who developed the pilot operation from scratch, as well as the consultants who have assisted us in developing our franchise business. We will work closely with you on developing your business.

You do not need any previous experience as our training and support will ensure that you have the confidence to run and develop your business to its full potential.
